New Marine Representation in Croatia

Baumüller continues to push ahead its shipbuilding business activities in Croatia with Petričević Grupa d.o.o.

Baumüller continues to expand its presence: Alongside its subsidiary, Baumüller Austria GmbH in Pasching, Austria, which is responsible for Croatia,  Petričević Grupa d.o.o. in Osijek, Croatia has reinforced marine sales in Croatia since mid-July.

The Croatian sales partner Petričević Grupa d.o.o. is based in the capital Zagreb and their task is to support sales of components and systems for shipbuilding. The partnership contract was signed in mid-July, giving the green light for successful cooperation.

The contact for the new representation was provided by Hans-Josef Döllgen, Director of the Business Unit (Wirtschaftssenat) of the Federal Association of Medium-Sized Businesses (“Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft, Unternehmerverband Deutschlands e.V. - BVMW).

Sales partner with long-standing experience

Petričević Grupa d.o.o. was founded in 2000 in Osijek, Croatia, where it has successfully established itself on the Croatian market. Damir Petricevic is a founding partner of Petričević Grupa and has many years of experience in working in the tourism and hospitality industry as well as in international business consulting. He is a representative of the German BVMW Business Unit in Croatia and the representative of the Jadrolinija shipping company for the DACH region. The new Croatian location is another important step towards internationalization. The Baumüller Group is represented worldwide with around 2,000 employees in seven production sites and with over 40 branches.
