Baumüller auf der SPS 2025
Under the motto “Invisible Power – flexibility for industrial excellence,” Baumüller is presenting itself this year at SPS 2025 as an enabler of process optimization and efficiency increases and as a provider of intelligent drive technology with extra functionalities. From November 25 to 27 in Nuremberg in Hall 1 at Booth 560, the drive specialist will showcase its solution expertise with flexible components and value-focused software, illustrated through various drive architectures and control topologies.

As an expert in complex, application-specific drive and automation solutions, Baumüller is not only a manufacturer but also a consultant for the selection and design of drive and automation solutions. In the area of control architecture, the high level of flexibility is evident in the fact that Baumüller can implement its motion control and monitoring functionalities as drive-integrated solutions via the decentralized control platforms softdrivePLC or drivePLC, so that any master controller can be used regardless of manufacturer. In the area of drive architectures, Baumüller offers a selection of high-performance power sections for line-up configurations as well as power modules and single axes for high power ranges, which enable optimal energy efficiency in the DC link.
As a motor manufacturer with a high level of in-house production depth for servo motors, three-phase synchronous motors, and torque motors, Baumüller is also presenting a motor modular system that offers an incomparable selection of frame sizes, power ratings, connector variants, different cooling methods, and various mechanical connection options.
In the software area, Baumüller will present its preprogrammed templates and libraries with motion and analysis functions at SPS 2025, which meet the requirements of highly synchronized applications.
